This year we’ve built an entirely new format to fit the new normal. The 2020 ATTACh Conference will keep you and your family safe with an entirely online conference. It has the same features of an in-person event plus a few more perks– Not to mention, you can attend in your PJs.

The 32nd Annual Conference brings together internationally known attachment and trauma professionals, Occupational Therapists, and adoptive and foster parents, to share and learn cutting-edge approaches to helping children and families.

We can’t promise this will be the only online learning you attend this year, but we’re sure it will be the best.

This Year’s Format

ATTACh Interconnections 2020 was designed to eliminate screen fatigue by hosting sessions throughout the month of October, rather than cramming the robust learning opportunities into one busy week. That way, you don’t have to worry about zoning out or checking email after a long 8 hours. Instead, we’ll have you back in time for lunch (or an afternoon siesta) every day.

During October

We’re spreading the conference out over 4 weeks to fit your schedule and real life needs.

Tuesdays and Thursdays

From 9:30 to 1:00 central.

Why Should I Attend?

Trauma impacts everyone

Trauma and attachment are nuanced issues, and there’s always more we can learn to provide better care and understanding. For over 30 years, the annual Attach Conference has brought together leaders, experts, parents and valuable resources in the mental health and social service community so that you can gain a deeper insight on the most current approaches to children and their families treatment.

Who Should Attend?

Occupational Therapists

For occupational therapists, we’ve built a track that allows you to attend the sessions most relevant to your specialty. Each Tuesday our presenters feature a Sensorimotor/ OT topic. Learn More in the Conference program.

Parent Scholarship Application

ATTACh is offering parent scholarships designed to assist families with limited financial resources who are parenting children experiencing attachment challenges. The scholarship will cover 50% of the cost of a full conference registration fee for one person. Apply here.

Conference App

The conference will be accessible through the Whova app on your smartphone, tablet, or PC. Once the Conference event is open, you can begin making connections and networking with others using the app, even before presentations begin.
